Pressing instructions:

300-320 Degrees
HEAVY PRESSURE
Pre press Garment 8-15 seconds to release moisture
Press for 15 seconds
COLD/WARM PEEL
Re press 8-15 (Cover with a Teflon sheet) 
*Please use a commercial grade heat press. Do not use a cricut easy press, automatic pressure press or iron.. These methods work temporarily and do not give lasting results.

Wash on Cold
Inside out
NO BLEACH
NO FABRIC SOFTENER
Tumble dry low/hang dry
