Shipping policy

Unless noted, all items are ready to ship. Please allow up to 3-5 business days handling time. All orders come with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Unless noted, all orders under one pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Packages over one pound are shipping via USPS Priority Mail. First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 days, Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days, but may take longer if there is a delay at a sorting facility.

Shawberry Boutique is not responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping times are never guaranteed by Shawberry Boutique, especially during the Holiday Season.

Each package is shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered, Shawberry Boutique is not responsible for any theft or mis-delivery. If you package is shown delivered but you have not received it, please check with your postal carrier. If your package was damaged during shipping please contact Help.ShawberryBoutique@gmail.com with a photo and we will work on a replacement of file an insurance claim with USPS.
