Refund policy

Due to being a small business we do not allow Cancelled orders.  We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if we made a mistake and sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at help.shawberryboutique@gmail.com and we will send you a return label and exchange said item. Items must be sent back in the same condition that it was sent to you. I do not charge a restocking fee! 

I do not accept returns if you changed your mind or no longer want your item. 

In the small exception we approve an order cancelation we will send a shop credit equal to which you paid. We do not offer refunds of any kind.  

Turn around times are averages- some items may go over TAT (processing time) But we will be sure to make sure all orders are fulfilled. 

Once an order has shipped- Shawberry Boutique (And all employees) Are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen merchandise. We will help you with starting a claim process. But you will be responsible for contacting USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. to starting a claim. We will do everything we can to help. Once orders leave our possession, we have no control on when they will be delivered. Shipping times are not Guaranteed as they are an estimated date of arrival. The ONLY Guaranteed shipping option is Overnight Priority express etc. 

By placing an order on my website or invoice, you agree to these terms. NO EXCEPTIONS
